God is in the details!

This evening I went to the grocery store, and managed to resist the Oreos on the endcap. The sale price was only 23 cents cheaper than full price, and we don't *need* Oreos.

But guess what printed out in the coupons with my receipt?

A coupon for a free 18 oz package of Oreos!

Thanks God! Amazing how He blesses us, even at the grocery store!

There are so many things God blesses me with everyday and more often than not, it's in the small things.

I was at Walmart one day, longing for an Ipod. I walked out empty handed only to find out later that evening that my dh won an Ipod at a company function!

I needed a safety lock for our pantry door to keep my 15 mos old out of the pantry but didn't want to spend the $14 on one. I found one new-in-package at a garage sale later that week for a quarter!

And I can't tell you how many times I've gotten a front row parking spot at a busy store just because I simply asked for His help.

Nothing too big and nothing too small for the Lord! :)

It's easy to see God in the big things but very easy to overlook him in the small, daily blessings. I hope you went right back to that oreo endcap and redeemed that coupon!

Oh I see God in the small stuff all the time and find Him even more profound in those moments.

Wonderful.

God blesses all of His children in special ways, whether we realize them or not. Right now my unsaved Grandpa
is in a therapy place, after a stroke, triple bypass, and a surgery on the arteries in his neck. Perhaps this a blessing in disguise, to soften his heart. Plz pray for him. thx for the encouragement!!!
