When it's wet it's not explosive, so you transfer it to the filter paper then, and move it as close as you can to your final destination. So I put it in the storage room next to the classroom, and prayed no one would slam the door...
I didn't have ear protection on when I did a test run in my lab, and my ears were ringing (and I couldn't hear) for a good 10 minutes! The guy from the next lab over came to see if I was ok...

I am actually curious as to how you were able to get it onto filter paper without it exploding. How do they transport the stuff??
