1. God loves them
2. We love them
3. There is nothing they can do to revoke that love
4. God loves other people too, and they should treat them that way
5. God has a purpose and a plan for their life
6. God has given them gifts and talents
7. It's their responsiblity to develop and use them
8. God made the world and everything in it, and he wants us to care for it
9. Life is sometimes hard, but God is always good
10. God is active and works in their life
